Nonsense concepts and airfill words, mostly used in policy making, management speaches and subjects that have to do with development aid. Used to give simple, short sentences more words to make it seem more important and intelligent than it actually is

Professor: We think our multilevel decisionmaking tree will truely be a facilitator in community based forestry. Also, women empowerment cannot exist without bottom-up policymaking and sustainable go-or no go moments.

Student: Man...what is that guy talking about? These are all blababilities!

Bleach Burnout

1. An individual, typically a female, that has subjected their anus to too many anal bleaching sessions rendering their little bunghole skin acid burnt, scarred and tender. A Bleach Burnout renders them unable to continue to lighten up their oring to a wonderful pinkish hue.

2. To coat a vehicle's drive wheel tires with liquid chlorine bleach to create massive clouds of white smoke when performing a vehicle burnout which is otherwise known as a Bleach Burnout.

Example 1. Rhonda had made one to many trips to the Day Spa for anal waxing and anal bleaching. The last time left her with a permanent acid burn rendering her a Bleach Burnout.

Example 2. Carl's little Prius was unable to perform a real burnout so he bleached up his front wheel drive tires and attempted to perform a Bleach Burnout.
