Fishing is when you sits down on a toilet and your dick touches the toilet water, aka your rod touching the water. You can also fish in the sand, when your tip touches porcelain. Your rod scrapes the rocks and sand. Can happen for the lucky well endowed, rocking a semi on a hot day, or a shitty shallow toilet.
