n. (also stoop sider) Refers to the people who tend to reside on people's stoop or front steps. A group of friends who find it interesting and confortable to sit on peoples' steps. These people are generally in groups or 4 or more. Most often found in the outskirts of the city, hence the word "sider."

I found some of them step siders around my house the other day.

It’s like CA sober but your less confined to just smoking pot. You can drink, occasionally partake in recreational pharmaceuticals, and probably still function.

Someone who is so ugly, that they literally look like they have had too much alcohol. Someone like this will have a constant look that when people see him/her, they will want to throw up.
