Book rotting

The act of being so engrossed in a book , that you forget the outside world and read for hours or days in a comfortable position , mostly a bed . This mostly happens when the book you are reading is very good so you can't put it down or you are reading a series of books and you can't stop till you finish all the books in the series.

"Omg that trilogy is so good, I've been book rotting in my bed to finish the 3 books!"

Brain Rot: it consists of many things to do with gen alpha that are spitefully stupid to other generations or brain rotting in a way. Some examples of this are: Skibidi toilet, ritz, gyatt, sigma, slay, alpha, Kai Cenat, edging, and phanum tax.

Person 1: dude, my little brother watches so much brain rot he’s literally watched every Skibidi toilet episode and rizzes up my grandma

Morning Rot

When you wake up in the morning and the bed is so comfy that you can’t get out of bed. A good rot usually lasts from 30 minutes to 3hrs. During a morning rot, one could typically be seen scrolling aimlessly through tiktok/ instagram/twitter, watching youtube etc.

“ i actually woke up pretty early today, but my morning rot lasted like 2 hrs”

“ Can we leave at like 2pm? I wanna make sure i have time for a good morning rot”

Bed rotting

Bed rotting is usually a sign of depression or loss of energy. Given the circumstances it means you’ve been in bed for most of the day or days on end. Instead of being a good thing, this makes you feel empty and removes energy to do things; even stuff you love.
