Tobey is a very sweet guy, he is the best to make you feel great but can also get very mad very easily, he gets pissed off quickly over small things but usually finds himself to forget it and leave the problem, he’s not a problem solver. Tobey is very tall and protective, little too over protective sometimes but that’s good sometimes, Tobey really cares but sometimes forgets what others are feeling, he intends to only think about himself if tough situations. In order to preform the dirty toboggan you must first have yourself a toboggan. Once you have done this step you then have to grab your partner (May be male, female, tranny, etc.) and vigorously penetrate them anally. dry sack of tobaccy

A bitter old man, often a shut-in or hermit, who discourages visitors or human contact of any type. The phrase originated in the pioneer days of the American west where tobacco in general was scarce, and what little could be found was old, dry and crumbly. Older bear hunters in the mountains who kept mainly to themselves were notorious for ardently smoking whatever tobacco they could lay their hands on and adamantly protecting their tobacco stores and their privacy with a rifle from their small cabins in the woods. Nowadays the phrase has come to encompass any older man who avoids company and threatens those who infringe upon their privacy. A common figure, especially in kids movies from the late 80s and early 90s, in real life, a regular old dry sack of tobaccy is not concealing a warm heart and a peaceful resolution with the gang of kids who runs amok on the town, and his dog is not secretly a lovably large pet, but trained to attack those who venture upon his property. It is recommended that one avoids people such as this as they are typically not misunderstood and ignored members of society, but actually just bitter, cruel, and violent old men.

Old man Jones is a regular old dry sack of tobaccy. Did you hear that he nearly shot the Harris kid when he tried to get his baseball back from old man Jones's yard?

Toby

Strange, somewhat introverted artist who is so intensely passionate about anime that he can barely even handle it. He likes to wear shades, and when you get him all excited, he's like a hot-blooded and energetic shonen hero brought to life- in other words, he's cool, fun, lively, and he's smokin' hot. He's like anime Jesus on crack- in a good way.

(n) A term used throughout south Louisiana to refer a young, lower to lower-middle class white male who embodies a combination of wigger, white trash and "coonass" stereotypes.

The overall toby aesthetic, however, is not limited to the aforementioned stereotypes, and often shows influences typically associated with guidos, mid-to-late 90's "preps" or jocks, and even suburban American ravers.

typical elements of toby style include:

- "fade" haircuts, often with heavily gelled and/or highlighted bangs
- an affinity for color schemes involving yellow and baby blue

- puka shell necklaces
