What you say to someone you are in love with but don't think they'll take you seriously. Usually said as a joking response to an adverse comment. Can be used as reverse psychology to make the other person magically hate you.

L: Ew, I hate you.
V: No worries, I still love you.

example 1:

them: im sorry, i love you.
you: its okay.

example 2:
them: i love you.
you: i love you too.
them: but i think we should see other people

them: i still love you but i think it's best for the both of us.
you: i understand.
