English

a slang term used in continental europe to describe BDSM/bondage service, usually from a brothel. this is because the english were a bunch of secret perverts, because of victorian repression. it's still used today, because we're STILL a bunch of perverts, just less secretive about it.

Engrish

The result of trying to fit English words into Japanese phonetics (what sounds are used, and how those sounds are stressed when speaking in a given language).

Engrish happens, because its hard for someone used to speaking Japanese to speak proper English so they use speaking patterns the are used to. Its like an American trying to speak sexy fluid French without years of practice.

Engrish also occurs if someone wants to speak English without knowing the language. So they take the English syllables of what they want to say, and put them in Japanese characters that represent a single syllable, and read it like that.

The most well known form of Engrish involves swapping "R" sounds for "L" sounds or vice versa, (hence the Term "engRish") as the Japanese sound for both of these letters is a single rolled "R" (like Spanish).

Also many times syllables are cut short or added onto because Japanese syllables must end in vowels (it seems to be most common to stick on either "o" or "u").

So "Roll" would be lo-lu

And Beer would be "Be-a" or "Be-a-ru"

Engrish is very common in Anime and Japanese pop culture since English was, and still is to some extent, very popular and stylish in Japan.

The other definitions are not Engrish at all, they are babelphishing. Even though the two go hand in hand, they're still, but still very different.
"Ki-ra" = Killer (Used in Death Note)

"ZA WA-RU-DO" = The World (used in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure)

"O Mai Ga(do)" = Oh My God

"Cha-ko-re-to Kei-Ku" = Chocolate Cake

Anime guy: "Sa-ka Mai Ka-ku!"

Viewer: Dude that guy just said "Suck my cock in Engrish!"

englishphobia

Englishphobia is the fear of using proper english. For instance, someone using the word "gay" instead of "homosexual." The correct word to use is "homosexual," although those who suffer from englishphobia and need to stay politically correct say "gay."
It may be a gay marriage, which by definition means happy, but by definition it is called a homosexual marriage. If liberals are allowed to continue their war against english, we may someday be using "unsolicited bank withdrawal" instead of saying "bank robbery." Englishphobia is taking over society.

English people

A nation of people that are often Stereotyped. I am here today to give the facts behind the opinion.
A. Bad teeth- Well, er, okay, this one's true.
B. Overweight- Er, well, I guess this one's true too.
E. Posh accents- I personally have a posh accent, as I come from Oxford :) But there's many other accents; such as Cockney Geordie and Brummie.
F. Swear a lot- I don't know what the fuckinghell you're talking about!
G. Bad on Xbox live- Well, not a lot of English men or women even go on Xbox live. It's normally teens or children, who have not yet matured. It's kinda unfair to base the whole of England from these people, that all the English hate too.
H. Rude- Well, we're more sarcastic than rude.
I. Hate Americans- Actually, this one's not true. Most English people love the Americans, and it's just the small majority that go around on Xbox live slagging off the Americans. But they're not even considered as English people, they have their own race called 'chav'
K. Drink a lot of tea- Ok, I can't deny this one.

I hope that cleared some things up for you! Have a nice day, and cheerio!
Just go watch Charlieissocoollike or Nerimon to find out what English people are really like and get off your Xbox. The chavs are not people. They are witches and should be burnt at the stake.
