Clover, SC is the “little town with love in the middle” located about 45 minutes outside the Charlotte, NC city limits, allowing residents to be close to all the action without being in it. The sought-after 29710 zip code, which also encompasses Lake Wylie, boasts simply incredible schools, beautiful farm land, and those lovely, cheap SC taxes. It’s not the ideal place for large developments with sardine-style homes crammed into 1/4-acre lots to move in on, as that would completely diminish the off-the-grid, farm-house charm and nostalgic vibe of days gone by that you feel when entering this quaint, York County town.

Clover, SC is a beautiful town that has enchanting farm houses, life-long residents, and a church or a bar at all main intersections. Clover SC has never, and will never, think that the Carolina Squat is cool.
