When a woman has a plump rounded midriff that's adorably spherical in shape and the rest of her body is average in appearance. Not necessarily pregnant, but also not necessarily not pregnant. Derived from the Virgin Mary during and after her pregnancy with baby Jesus/Yeshu.

Damn! That chick has that Marian Look to her! The way her white clothes accentuate her belly, buttocks, thighs and boobs, not to mention it barely covers the lower half of her stomach and how she always seems to have one hand on her belly and the other on her hip.
