A rickety, dangerous truck used by landscaping companies. They will often be filled with illegals, stacked up on top of eachother in the cab or standing in the back.

Its spring, and the roach trucks are clogging the roads.

Rotchy on the Spot

A person who designates a row of parking spots as his own, so in order to park your car you have to pay his a small fee so he can "watch after it to make sure no one messes with it"; when in actually if you don't pay him anything, he himself will F with your car.

I was in a hurry to get to the bars and just when I find a place to park... fuckin' Rotchy on the Spot comes out of nowhere!!!!
