A phrase used to express agreement with a person after eating something fattening, yet super delicious, i.e. an entire cake, chocolate.

Gilbar; a nickname given to a resident(s) of the north eastern housing estate Ingleby barwick .

True Gilbar; a term given to those whose actions deeply reflect and support gilbar culture. This term is often given to residents who have been residents their entire lives, and/or deeply associate with gilbar culture , for example by supporting local shops .
