Describes someone who frequently shoots up and has sex. Junkies (anyone who shoots up) call a syringe a rig, presumably because it transports the drugs.

When someone decides they need to assert dominance in a conversation by showing off. Similar to One-upping however more redneck and the goal isn't to pry attention but rather steamroll your adversary.

"I'm sorry what did you say?" the man says while revving his loud and lifted truck as it blots out the sky with black smog

"OH... UH YEAH, THATS A NICE TRUCK THERE, YA" as the revving and smog intensifies, "Dude we're getting big-rigged arn't we?"
