Thank You For The Question, Senator

A phrase given by someone being interviewed by a senator, when their sole goal is to waste time and not actually respond to a question with an actual answer.

"Thank you for the question, senator", I do believe I followed the rules and regulations brought forth by the state governor that I work under.

"Thank you for the question, senator", The governor's office follows state legislator for this topic.

"Thank you for the question, senator", I'll have to look into that and get back to you another day.

Nice post, thanks for sharing

A phrase people use on facebook comment sections, usually on verified business pages, to get a “label” or “badge” which states that they are “top fans” (basically, to get recognition/ a reward for having no life.)

Many people: “Nice post, thanks for sharing.”

Few people: “why is everyone saying this?”

Very few people: “they’re just trying to get the “top fan” badge.

"Okay thank you goodbye" is a short phrase that you would say when you want to abruptly end a conversation while trying to be polite, while sounding rude at the same time.

Shaan: Yeah, I was thinking about changing my major after I found out that-
Harsh: Okay thank you goodbye
Shaan: Woww, rude much.

An expression used when something good happens, as if to thank "Felix" for allowing such an act.

Origin: A magical potion "Felix Felicis" from the book serious Harry Potter in which the drinker becomes infanitly lucky.

If a card you needed while playing poker were to be flipped on the river you would say "Thank you Felix"
