Oscar Wilde is not a twink, neither is Tom Holland, Link in BotW is a twink, Wiggins in Pocahontas is a twink, even Starscream in TFP could be a twink but they aren’t!

Person under the legal age of consent (Sexually). Usually 18 in most of the world. In the LGBT world it’s commonly misused as a person who thinks they are over 18 when they are NOT.
Hey Bill, look at that twink. He thinks he’s hot stuff, but he’s not even the right age. Yeah he’s no more than 16 years of age. What a true twink. He will just have to wait to be deflowered if he hasn’t been already.
