It is similar to the Eiffel Tower position except one male participant has a broken leg and can’t stand so it is forced to be leaned over.
Got invited to a 3-way for an Eiffel Tower last night but with my broken leg we had to do the Leaning Tower of Pat instead. Great alternative!
