A college aged to mid twenties girl who posts sexy instagram mirror selfies, goes out with "The Squad" 4 nights a week and survives solely off drinks and meals bought by tipsy, love-drunk onlookers.
(person 1) The Glitter Squirrels wanna go out tonight, you in?
(person 2) So we can go to the country bar while they blackout on fireball shots from local off-duty police officers? Nah I'm good.
(person 1) Damn glitter squirrels.

a stupid english dub that removes the overall message, japanese culture and several episodes from the original anime, Smile Pretty Cure.

A dub that tries to make their own thing, produced by Saban. It was supposed to be an english localization for the anime Smile precure, but the company behind it decided to change it and attempt to make something very different from the original source.
Glitter Force removes every reference to Japanese culture they find in the episodes, as if people didn't know it's an anime, censores scenes because they're 'too emotional for kids', in one instance, they removed a scene of two girls dancing together, in fear of angering homophobic people. They also change the story and lines behind each episode and modify it, leaving to things like plot holes.
It can be good that it made Precure more known, but on the other side, kids deserve much better. And that's why Glitter Force it's an example of how you should not make a dub.

Person A: I'm sad Glitter force was cancelled :(
Pretty cure fan: You can search up Precure, it's the franchise Glitter force came from and it has many other seasons!
