Michael is a guy who always smiles and damn his smile is literally the cutest thing you will ever see in your life. He makes you laugh crazy but is also on your side when you feel the worst. But most important, he connects with you in every way and on every level, which brings a sense of peace, calmness and happiness when you are arround him. The term "3/16th 8 inch beam" doesn't even have to refer to a beam thats 3/16th of an inch and 8 inches long. It simply refers to the most important part of any type of project.

"Hey John, go get the 3/16th 8 inch beam from the back of the truck" (In this case John is going to go get the most important part of the sink he is installing, the sink drain.)
