A person completely self-involved and clueless.

My brother-in-law is such a narcidipstick that he quit his good-paying job in the middle of a bad economy, simply because he didn't like the new boss that was hired and thought his commute was a little too far.

Naco

Although there are multitude of definitions in the Urban dictionary as being uncouth, unsophisticated, ghetto, country bumpkin, Mexican redneck...one needs to take note that this word Naco is a racist disparing term used by Mexican nationals of European ancestry toward the majority, which is of Native American descent (pure or mixed (mestizo) for their lack of cultural awareness or cultural sophistication. Thus, if majority of Mestizos and Native Indigenous Mexicans understood the true meaning of Naco approaches the racial tinges of the U.S. racist term "Nigger" used against African Americans and their diaspora, then there would be an all out assault against the word, "Naco."
