the sentence "Ligma" is used to troll people, if someone says "What's ligma?" the person who said that fucked up. Because Ligma is used for "Lick my" and when someone says the sentence "What's ligma?" the other person will say "Ligma balls" which stands for "Lick my balls, which is gay.
