An organized attempt by demonstrators to provoke police into over-reacting through the use of aggressive taunts, thrown projectiles, and property damage, thereby creating a media spectacle.

After dumpsters were set on fire, the demonstration quickly deteriorated into police theater.

People on instagram with a extremely high moral code about being PC (politically correct) but just on instagram. Bringing shame to others is their easy way out to justify calling themselves "woke" or just superior to you socially...

In Gen X terms ... Insta police are the Karens of social media... Always calling for the manager and trying to be woke by unnecessarily speaking up again what they think isn't PC

Whoa, mate! Read carefully. This is not "Horny Police" if you thought. It's called Horní Police. That's a small town in Czechia which means Oberpolitz in German. Many towns/names end with the czech -ce. So, it is actually Mainstream there.
