The dumbest shithead I know. He’s not always stupid, but he usually is. He thinks he is very Irish and wants th be the United States President. He will never get that far because everybody hates him. If you really get to know him, you will realize he is actually pretty nice, but the more you know him, the more stupid he seems. He is also a man whore.
