Someone who makes irrational decisions and poor life choices; whether it be over indulgement of drugs and alcohol or headless decisions. The phrase “spag” is essentially an abbreviation for spaghetti brain , commonly spoken in New Zealand’s regions of Hawke’s Bay and Wellington.
