To tard again. In other words, the word tard but with the prefix re- added to show that the action of tarding is being repeated.

The first time I tarded didn't work, so now I need to retard.

Not to be confused with "Mental Disabilities". The term "Retard" is used when someone should know something is a bad idea or dumb but continues to proceed with the action anyway.

No longer should be associated with the archaic definition of "Retard".
