A behavioral phenomenon where an individual frequently uses specific words or phrases that are generally considered bothersome or cringe-inducing. This repetitive use becomes habitual, making it difficult for the person to avoid incorporating these terms into their everyday language.

Leo got hooked on the song “Skibidi” and started saying it all the time. He also used “rizz” to describe people’s charm, even when it didn’t fit the situation. This habit of using “skibidi” and “rizz” too much is what you’d call Brain Rot Syndrome—it’s when someone can’t stop using certain slang words that others find annoying.

When an individual cannot help but spend long hours of the day vigorously masturbating (usually to multiple pieces of pornographic (and in more insane cases, non pornographic) media) in their bed, taking breaks only to nap or to maybe order a pizza if they can be bothered to put on a pair of pants long enough to make it to their door.
