Originated in South Carolina primarily in Charleston

a “famous” person lacking enough recognition to consider themselves properly famous. They may have a Wiki page, but it’s a stub. They may be widely known among a certain circle, but not outside that.

William Skully is a fampous person—he shaped the modern corn belt but I can’t find anything but outdated 2012 child made sites about him…
