A fun and expressive way to refer to TNT and any other sort of explosive. Used in the way Timbaland mentions an actual Red American Express Card in the song The Way I Are with Keri Hilson, D.O.E., & Sebastian but referring to Explosives instead.
Lyrics taken from the song:
Timbaland: "I ain't got no Visa
I ain't got no Red American Express
We can't go nowhere exotic
It don't matter 'cause I'm the one that loves you best
Talk to me, girl"

I really enjoyed the fact that I can utilize Red American Express Blocks in Minecraft to expedite the building of my artistic and opulent art piece.

Badass gun that this fucking n00b obviously can't handle. Overkill is necessary when you're dealing with an endless horde of zombowlies that need an instant and terribly gooey beheading.
OMFG! ZOMBIES! *pulls out .50 AE Desert Eagle* *2 seconds later* oops...I guess I should clean this up...

The Trinity Railway Express is a commuter rail line in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex That some random jackass foamer likes. It was established by an interlocal agreement between Dallas Area Rapid Transit and Trinity Metro. Each transit authority owns a 50% stake in the joint rail project and contractor Herzog Transit Services operates the line and North Texas Railroad Productions who is an underage foamer.

A group of people who are in the middle of a class action lawsuit, because they conned a bunch of clients into investing in funds that would mostly benefit the advisor.
If you get a phone call from an American Express Financial Advisor, my advise to you is to run. These advisors live in nice homes off of "your" money
