Clutch

A "clutch", in some parts of the UK, tends to be referred to as someone that struggles with their speech.
For example, a "clutch" may suffer from a speech impediment, or may have issues with excess saliva production impeding their ability to pronounce words.
Jack - "Have you seen that clutch? No idea what he's saying"
Bailey - "Facts, kid can't speak properly at all"
