A serial philanderer who, along with his "official" court reporter (with benefits) has been materially altering transcripts of court proceedings since at least 2003. Weaselpecker's "judicial" philosophy is summed up by his declaration that the United States Constitution is "just a scrap of paper, not rules or law."
