A state of exit that involves no forethought or planning of any kind. Typical results involve: pulling out late, disappearing at night, leaving in a hurry, forgetting things and leaving them behind (ie. laptop, military equipment, personnel).

Omg that rich guy I met 9 months ago pulled a Biden protocol! I’ll give him his laptop back at court for his child support.
