To go and spread the word of something to as many people as possible, who in turn go and spread the word of whatever it is to as many people as they can.
Guy 1: follow Guy 1 on Facebook for fresh content every single day, run and tell that
Guy 2: Hey everybody, go follow Guy 1 on Facebook! He gives out fresh content every single day!
Guys 3, 4, 5, and 6: Okay Guy 2, we'll run and tell that!
