tug of pain

When your pubes stick to your shaft while you're doing something, you become constantly hurt with the pain of your hairs feeling like they're plucked. It's not a good sensation (especially in public) since you need to adjust the hair so that it doesn't stick. This is usually a problem for men who don't shave or trim their pubes. I'm sure men out there know what I'm talking about.

Pain in the ass

A person or task that is irritating, challenging, or annoying, usually more so than it has to be.

I am a medic and every two years I have to get recertified. It's an unnecessary pain in the ass, because I have to file about 10 million papers and every two years they change it, and it's pointless anyways because I'm obviously not going to suddenly forget how to do my job.

pain management is most commonly associated with the steps you take after you've been kicked in the nuts.

Lately scientist have identified the chemical reaction in your brain, aka brain betrayal that distorts your cognitive ability to make proper decisions after you fall in love.

Scientist have concluded the chemical reaction as pure

BULL-SHIT and that in fact it's a willingness to sign up for different levels of pain management brought on by brain betrayal.
