High Dial

To make an unnecessary, extraneously, regrettable phone call after smoking heavily. These calls are often made by people because they have a desire to randomly discuss the nonsense that they are mentally experiencing to their friends because they are so high.

Noun: "I got his High-dial last night."
Verb: "Mark made an ass out of himself when he High dialed Betty."

A term used in used as a replacement for the 'high-five.' Most common in the area of greater Cincinnati, Ohio.

"Dude it's really weird...everyone in Cincinnati says, 'five-high' instead of high-five!"

1. A rather prison-like school located in the rich ghetto town of Stonington, CT.
2. A place where the grades are low and the kids are high. AKA Stoned-Again High.
3. My least favorite place to be.
