hump busted is catching two or more people in the process of busting each other's humps. Having sex gay straight or masturbating in a public place. Preferably while yelling "you've been hump busted!" Then running away.

Keep in mind she is not a slut because she doesnt have sex with them, she is kindof like a gold digger see also anna nicole smith. It refers to her humps as in buttox and her lumps as in her breasts. the song is very catchy and is played at many highschool proms where girls and guys grind profusely about eachother.
