The word Fecalchameleon has 2 meanings. One of which is used more than the other. Fecalchameleon. N. 1. An insult which technically tells the person that they look like shit, yet it can also be used to tell someone that they are being a little shit. 2. A shitty looking lizard. 1. Brendan called my house today asking if I wanted to hang out, so I called him a "fecalchameleon" and hung up.
