A Colby is someone who pretends to do drugs or pretends to violate the law in order to act "cool". Colby is a term like Karen, a stereotypical character. A Colby might also where certain clothing and act a certain way to reinforce his idea of what makes someone "cool". A Colby would usually share untruthful rumors about himself doing drugs, etc with classmates and/or on social media.
