Puppy Mafia

A group of people, or a single person, that acts as though they are extremely tough, and have control over everyone, but really, are just wimps. They usually occur in groups, and use each other to make themselves seem tough. Usually, all it takes is to show that your ready to fight back to scare them off if they are troubling you.

guy 1: Dude those guys were pushing me around before, saying that they were gonna beat me up if I didn't do as they told me to

guy 2: Don't worry man, those guys are puppy mafia. They aren't gonna do shit to you if you stand up for yourself.

A real big dog, a bloke who definitely hits the gym (among other things). Can also be used to describe anything that is abnormally large in comparison to it's average height (e.g. a Barge could be called a "Big Puppy").

When that one national powerlifter in your rowing team takes his shirt off for the boys:
