Get the sticky niggermug. Can be used as a verb or an adjective, the definition can be racial or a non racial term. Usually used as slang, it could mean "wigger" (white nigger) or the pink could be a reference as in "homosexual" or being "soft" or "sweet" and "nigger" could be a reference to ignorance and not involving race at all and or completely about race, it depends on intention, context and how it's used.
My neighbor Louis who's a white man told me he was gonna burn down his ex girlfriends new man's house down, I told him this isn't Africa and to stop acting like a pink nigger.
