A part of Boston, surrounding areas are Hyde Park, Roslindale and Jamaica Plain. It is a predominantly middle class town with blue collar workers, politicians, and city employees. It is an area where generations tend to stay and grow up (my grandparents grew up there, my parents grew up there, I grew up there, my children are growing up there). It is filled with shops, banks, Irish bars, parks, restaurants, schools, churches, and predominantly single family homes, although there are some two family homes though. It is known for excellent hockey players and football players, there are plenty of little league games as well. It is a well respected neighborhood, where generations of families are raised. The crime rate is pretty low, aside from some assault and batteries and drug charges. The police station is Area E5 and is located on the main drag called Centre Street, across from Holy Name Church. It is expensive to purchase a home in this little area of Boston. The taxes are decent and the people are friendly and this is an altogether friendly, family oriented neighborhood of Boston. Sometimes referred to as "Westy", it has one public high school, and one Catholic high school that is all boys. This neighborhood is a fantastic place to raise a family.

Get the West Roxbury mug.Almost heaven, West Virginia
Blue Ridge Mountains, Shenandoah River
Life is old there, older than the trees
Younger than the mountains, blowing like a breeze
Country roads, take me home
To the place I belong
West Virginia, mountain mama
Take me home, country roads
All my memories gather round her
Miner's lady, stranger to blue water
Dark and dusty, painted on the sky
Misty taste of moonshine, teardrop in my eye
Country roads, take me home
To the place I belong
West Virginia, mountain mama
Take me home, country roads
I hear her voice, in the morning hour she calls me
The radio reminds me of my home far away
And driving down the road I get a feeling
That I should have been home yesterday, yesterday
Country roads, take me home
To the place I belong
West Virginia, mountain mama
Take me home, country roads
Country roads, take me home
To the place I belong
West Virginia, mountain mama
Take me home, country roads
Take me home, down country roads

Get the West Virginia mug.A beautiful state that is over-stereotyped
It’s a beautiful state that has a lot of attractions such as Black Water Falls, Seneca Rocks, Canaan Valley and many others. Their is a lot of stereotypes about West Virginia. Some examples are that we don’t wear shoes, we fuck our cousins, and we’re all very trashy. The truth is that most of these are not true. We have a few rednecks here, but there stereotypes are not always true. It’s just like any other state with cheesy suburban families and few trailer parks here and there. It’s low crime but there are lot of meth and crack heads everywhere. A LOT OF DRUGS!!!

Get the West Virginia mug.A rapper who thinks Ronald Reagan created cocaine and AIDS to destroy the civil rights movement. Nowadays makes the claim that "George Bush doesn't care about black people." Even rappers like 50 Cent think this is an idiotic and ignorant claim, however.
Also assumed to be a black supremist, judged by his beliefs.

Kanye West should really stop rapping about political shit he knows nothing about, as should Eminem.
