Why is he so sweet to you? Because "you haven't given him a reason not to be." He's shy, but bold and passionate. He says what he thinks no matter how people will take it. He is strong, both in will and in power and he doesn't hesitate to help you out. He doesn't see in himself what we see everyday, and yet he makes you feel like a princess no matter the price. He deserves so much more than I can give him, but I hope I get much more time with him to give what I can :)

To not turn up to an arranged date and turn your mobile off or to cancel an arrangement with no notice for a useless reason
"Where is ...? He said he's on his way, I really hope he doesn't do a P Turner again. "Or "sorry it's short notice guys but I can't make it, I'm going to have roast chicken" - or where the "A friend" claims to be on his way to the party and then turns his mobile off and doesn't turn up- this would be described as P Turner
