tranny with a fanny

the term 'tranny with a fanny' refers to a woman who looks like a man but wears lots of makeup and short dresses to try and look more feminine, ultimately she appears to look like a transsexual. Knowing that she is actually a woman is where the 'with a fanny' bit comes from. fanny being a reference to female genitals.
