Mainly used as a verb.

Usually when daydreaming. When you think of multiple things or activities at the same time. Many times it helps with planning and brain storming.

I have spent a lot of time thought skating about this event, but I would welcome more input.

skate rocks

this means fuck off ( F-off ) plain and simple

this originates from skateboarding world,
it is similar in origin to suck lemons,
you can 'suck lemons' or go suck lemons or you should suck lemons
are all replacable with F-you or F-off or skate rocks
meaning, skateboarding in rocks or gravel is NOT fun,
so,, you can skate rocks, would be a usage from its origin, but now, it is like most F-off/F-you phrases and can stand alone, and not be so grammatically correct
such as, 'people that are cruel, skate rocks and leave me alone;

If you dont like what I say then skate rocks.

Considered embarrassing by the rest of the general population.

"Mate, Ive got some skates and my blem for this weekend"
"Cool, lets go to my parents house in Surrey and take some skates"
"Nah, lets go to Peckham and pretend we arent rich"

It is a phrase the can be used to describe a bad skateboarding experience.

I kept missing that back side (BS) kick flip. Today was babylon skate. I looked like a complete pouser. I'm going home so I can be can cry.
