A betaman (beta male) has confidence, loyalty, self awareness, emotional intelligence and does not need to prove himself superior to other males (like the alpha does).

In todays age - the betaman (beta male) is a person who people - both males and females are drawn to for their positive energy and gravitas.

A betaman (beta male) is often described (by an 'alpha male') as passive and lacking in confidence and success.
This is a delusional and outdated concept.
