To overwhelm someone by unloading an excessive amount of information all at once, leaving the other person unable to process clearly.
The term draws on the image of a fishing vessel dumping its heavy net: a flood of fish spilling onto the deck until the ground disappears beneath them. In the same way, a person who is samaked is buried under a flood of words, facts, or explanations.
