Chloe is a cute weird caring person. She can be annoying, dumb at times but she can also be smart and cute. If you are in a bad mood or you are feeling down she won't leave you alone until you are happy. Sometimes she just wants to have a normal life but can't. Although she has a horrible past, she is a fighter and will get through it with some help. She is the kind of person that needs a hug once in a while and loves a good joke. Chloe loves English and is always trying to get a high mark in the subject. If you were to get on her bad side she will make a fool of you. She can keep a secret for as long as she has t oh keep it. But If you were to hurt her in a crazy mental way she will spill all secrets on you and will not forgive nor forget. Overall Chloe is the most amazing person I have ever met.
