Get the Science Projectmug. A housing project that no longer exists, but resided in Eagle Place - the south side neighbourhood of Brantford. Also known as Killerside, this housing project was demolished due to its role in the high crime rate in the city. Serving as a hub/hotspot for guns and drugs, violence in the form of fighting, stabbing, and shooting was an everyday occurrence. Gang influence also played a major part in the danger aspect of these projects.

Yet to be beaten to this day, with the next highest being Tijuana, Mexico with 138. These projects were demolished due to its contribution to the high crime in the city.

While 'Ghetto Fabulous' is similar, 'Project Popular' appeals to those specifically from the housing projects from which the name is derived. It could be effectively argued that being 'Project Popular' is worse than 'Ghetto Fabulous', but the recipient of the description will more than likely wear it as a badge of honor, kind of like coming home from successfully doing a jail sentence for which you did not snitch.
