Quiet retiring

Quiet retiring is the same as quiet quitting except the individual is working towards retirement and they are tired of putting in all the extra work and getting nothing more or earning anything more. This fall for someone that’s within 1 to 5 years of retirement from there career and even possibly 10 years depending on their job and or age.
Person one: I’ve noticed Paul has been slowing now and just getting by with the workload.

Person two: Yeah, he’s quiet retiring now. He’s just a few years away from the gold watch.

When you're being quiet fired but you respond by quiet quitting instead of quitting outright, playing a prolonged game of chicken to see which of you or your employer will be the first to flinch.
My employer gave me a 0% pay increase this year while saddling me with new impossible responsibilities in hope of coercing attrition, but I just hunkered down and performed consistently below my competency level, working to rule for my inflation-adjusted salary. This is now a quiet showdown. You can't quiet fire me. I quiet quit!

Quiet Stealing

The common act of a company/ceo overexerting or forcing workers to work harder or go above and beyond for no additional pay raise or for miniscule "rewards" that do little to help the workers pay for their day to day expenses.
Everyone eroded on about how the "woke" would quiet quit despite never working a day in their lives, while the only reason was the bosses were quiet stealing in all their arrogance to line their pockets better while keeping their shareholders happy
