A term popular in North Carolina from 2010 till about 2014 that reffered to a Black and Mild cigar. Esp if it was Summertime blend, wine, or jazz flavored.

Every time I see dude, he has a meezy tucked behind his ear that's smoked all the way down to the plastic.
