A word improperly used when trying to let someone down that you have no interest in thinking it will put them down lightly. When in reality it only ticks them off because you couldn't just be upfront and tell them No. It's improperly used because they never cash it in which is the whole point of a raincheck.
Aww how sweet, I already have plans for today with my Girlfriends I will have to put a Rain Check on that and maybe follow up.

A place where stupid people go to cash checks for ridiculous un-fathomable fees that never understood how to add and subtract. If you think it’s convenient just understand that you are contributing to a 3 foot tall 800 pound mans ferrari and mansion payments. They sponsor some shitty wigger rapper and are so encumbered with greed and no acknowledgement of anyone other then themselves if there was a purge i know too many people that would spend the whole purge time severing limbs torturing, seeing how many hundred dollar bills that fat piece of shit can eat , etc. etc.
Damn I make 3k a month but can’t manage money worth a fuck. Let’s take my pay stub to check into cash so I can get a payday loan because it makes me fully erect when I think about making payments for two years on a loan for a single week of pay. Thanks you fat greedy fuck.

We asked the teacher if we could use mathematical tools, she said you have a "blank check".
Dad said that I would have a "blank check" on his car once I graduate.

Cellphone, wallet, keys check. Padding your pockets to reassure yourself you still have everything you put in them.
Stephen woke up in a strange backyard with a nasty hangover, but was instantly reassured when his cwk check passed.

When you see something on Facebook that you think might be insensitive, politically incorrect, or discriminatory but you decide to ask a friend before you blow it up.
Man, FB just came back with a woman as the first result when I searched for a .gif for “evil face”, can I get a woke check?

Verifying the correctness of information by saying or posting something that is wrong, and having people correct you.
The people doing the correcting are typically known as "suckers."
In short, slack-checking is like fact-checking, with less work involved (except for the suckers).

1. Why bother reading about it when you can slack-check it on the internet?
2. (In a 1675 letter by Isaac Newton's lesser-known, wiser and lazier twin brother): "If I have seen further it is by slack-checking on the shoulders of Giants."

Checking in into an establishment on Foursquare when you're around the area but not really there. Usually done by people who just want to unlock badges or get mayorships.
Friend: "Hey, I saw you checked into Wal-Mart last night, I was there, but didn't see you!"
You: "Yea, that was a drive-by check-in. I just wanna make sure I was still mayor."
