The Term Comes From the Golden Glow of Yellow Eyes that You Just Dont Get with Any Other Eye Color
And the Rusty Part Comes from When Precious Metals Like Gold or Bronze Rust and Become Not as Shiny Anymore
Hence the Term Rusty Eye
