A rock climber, or someone who’s into ‘bouldering’. The more serious a rock botherer, the more they tend to bother it. They will stare at the rock wall, brush it, hang off it and usually leave blood, sweat and tears behind on it.

“Here come another tribe of holier-than-thou rock botherers. Just keep moving or they’ll heel hook your armpit and hang off your jugs.”

Punk Rock

Punk Rock is essentially any fast rock band that is made by someone who wants to form their own band to make what they want without being controlled by record companies, most of these hate authority but sometimes a punk band may even have nothing to do with politics at all.
Once they sign to record companies that means they become rockstars or they "Sellout" and aren't considered a punk band anymore.
Even if the subculture isn't big punk rock will always exist so long as you got Guitar, Bass and Drums.

Punk Rock isn't dead!
Anyone can make a punk rock band at anytime but not all of them get famous.
